Summer Associate Positions

The summer program at Nacht & Associates is designed to give law students a maximum exposure to the practice of law in a small but busy litigation firm. Excellent research and writing skills are essential, but program participants will assist in all aspects of counseling, advocacy and litigation; from client consultations and depositions to brief writing and oral argument. A stipend is provided to cover expenses for the 10-week program. Those who are interested should send a cover letter, resume, writing sample, law school transcript and list of references postmarked by February 28. Positions will be filled on a rolling basis.
