Dari Stuhl has decades of experience advising health care providers on the delivery of health service and business issues including: third-party reimbursement to providers and physicians, patient care, HIPAA compliance, medical staff issues, regulatory issues, employment contracts, corporate law, fraud and abuse issues, quality assurance and risk management activities, and a broad range of health contracts. 

Dari has represented many different types of health care providers including hospitals, medical groups and individual physicians, dentists, laboratories, home health agencies, DME suppliers and therapists. During her many years of practice Dari has regularly assisted many physician clients who have trained at or are affiliating with hospitals throughout the United States.  Michigan hospitals have included the University of Michigan, Trinity Hospitals, Wayne State University Medical Center, Beaumont, Oakwood/Vanguard/Harper Hospitals. Dari has reviewed and negotiated employment agreements on behalf of these physicians as they seek employment in Michigan or in other areas of the country.

Dari Stuhl holds degrees from Montclair State College (B.A.), Monmouth University (M.A.), and University of Connecticut Law School (J.D.). Prior to entering law school, Ms. Stuhl served as the Family Care Coordinator, in Association for the Advancement of the Mentally Handicapped, as well as the project director of Corporation for Independent Living of Hartford, Connecticut. During law school, she clerked for the University of Michigan Hospital.
Dari worked was an associate with the law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Stone, Ann Arbor, Michigan, working in the Public Law Department and Health Law Section. She then began her private practice in 1990, primarily focusing in the area of Health Law.

Dari is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan, in addition to the American Health Lawyers Association.
