Northern Michigan University drops charges against student for circulating mental health survey

When Dominick Dotson was facing possible expulsion, simply for sending out a campus-wide mental health survey, he reached out to FIRE and Michigan Civil Rights Attorney Nick Roumel. With their advocacy, the expulsion proceedings were canceled and the parties were able to resolve their dispute. Another victory for the First Amendment!
